With the first week of Innovation Month 2017 well underway, these weekly bits of interest reflect our theme I’m Making It Happen.
- Policy makers are making it happen in Bangladesh by rethinking workflows, increasing collaboration and using an empathy driven methodology to drive public sector reform and delivery innovative solutions to communities in need.
- On the other side of the world, Canada has committed $1.26 billion (CAN) to support Canadian Innovation, skills development and growth through a ‘Strategic Innovation Fund’.
- Closer to home, Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, Senator the Hon Arthur Sinodinos AO, has announced 30 female superstars of STEM who will lead the charge in inspiring more young women to pursue careers in STEM.
