- Mat Hunter from the UK Design Council looks at the importance of design in public services. - Naveen Jain suggests that non-experts are actually better at disruptive innovation. - The Institute of Public Administration Australian (IPAA) has launched a new national website to promote events and professional development services to public servants across Australia
- The US Government has launched the fourth annual SAVE Award (Securing Americans Value and Efficiency). The Award is a competition for federal employees to submit ideas about how to cut waste, save taxpayer dollars, and make government more effective and efficient.
