Join the conversation: Unlocking Australian Small Business Digital Potential

The Department of Industry, Innovation and Science is currently working on a project to help unlock the potential for Australian small businesses to thrive in the digital economy and we need your help to find solutions!

Earlier this year the first phase of the project gained a number of key insights into small business experiences with digital technology and the digital economy.

The project team are going to be in Sydney on 27 November and invite interested small business owners to the ‘Helping small business go digital’ workshop.

We are seeking ideas from small business owners about how to:

  • build small businesses' digital capability and confidence;
  • build skills and capability of trusted advisors for small business;
  • help businesses to identify and access the right information to make digital decisions; and
  • communicate the value of digital technology in business.
