    I know. However, by providing more for ‘free’ they could engage better, expand membership and become an instrument for change.

    The latter is what they are not doing. IPAA reflects the overly conservative approach to change characteristic of the APS.

  2. IPAA magazine. Focus on innovation. New web site.

    Yet they operate on an old membership model. What social media presence?

    IPAA needs to get with the times.

    • Steve – not to speak for them but IPAA is a professional association so I think the corporate/individual membership model is fairly important for them. A number of the IPAA chapters have Twitter accounts. Alex
